Job Summary
Generate leads, close agreements, and process renewal payments while physically handling merchandise to maintain showroom floors. Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships and set sales goals using marketing strategies. Assist the General Manager with operational functions and handle deliveries when drivers are unavailable. This role requires a flexible schedule between 8 am and 9 pm, the ability to lift up to 300 lbs, and a valid driver's license. You will grow toward a Customer Accounts Manager or General Manager position within our industry-leading lease-to-own retail environment.

- Age: 21 years old (18 in Canada)
- Valid state Driver's License and must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
- Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am to 9 pm
- Able to perform physical job, including lifting to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
Desired Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent preferred
- Two years of college or previous management experience preferred
