Job Summary
Sales Manager role at Aaron's involves driving sales and customer engagement in a lease-to-own retail environment. You will generate leads and close agreements, process renewal payments, and physically handle merchandise to keep showroom floors well maintained. Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent preferred

- Able to perform physical job, including lifting to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
- Experience in leadership or store management preferred
