Job Summary
Sales Manager leads from the front in a player/coach role, carrying an active personal pipeline while developing and holding accountable a team of 3-4 Sales Consultants. Responsibilities include running deal reviews, coaching sessions, setting performance expectations, developing and executing sales strategies aligned to revenue targets, maintaining customer relationships with a consultative approach, monitoring KPIs and pipeline forecasts, and championing CRM discipline. Compensation includes a $65,000 base with uncapped commissions and an overall total compensation potential of $80,000 to $300,000+ depending on personal and team performance. The role targets large or complex projects across the US and Canada, with an emphasis on leadership, production, and team development. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven inside sales experience with at least 1 year in a team lead, senior, or management capacity
- Track record of hitting or exceeding personal sales targets
- CRM proficiency and comfort with sales reporting and performance dashboards
- Strong leadership instincts and ability to motivate
- Confident communicator on phone and written communication
- Experience in construction, building products, PEMB, or manufacturing sales (preferred)
- Experience coaching from data rather than instinct (preferred)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
