Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering sales, marketing, finance, and operations skills in a hands-on learning environment. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under structured guidance and mentoring. Operate out of a South Jersey neighborhood branch, progressing toward running your own branch and driving growth through a culture of friendly competition. Requires a Bachelor's degree, six months of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and immediate residency in South Jersey.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 months of cumulative experience within the last 5 years in any of the following: Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
- Leadership: military, community, social, or academic organizations
- Sports Leadership & Competition: athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license that is not in provisional or probationary status
- Authorization to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Living in South Jersey within 30 days of the anticipated start date
