Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations skills through our structured Management Training Program. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under guidance and mentoring. Learn finance, operations, and the culture of friendly competition required to eventually run your own branch. Based out of a neighborhood branch in the Rockford, IL area, this role requires a Bachelor's degree (or within one semester of graduating), a valid driver's license, and at least six months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Minimum of 6 months experience in two or more of the following: Sales (commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential), Customer service in a service industry (i.e. retail, restaurant, hospitality), Management experience leading a team, Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or varsity team, Leadership role (professional, on campus, community involvement or military experience)
