Job Summary
Lead customer service, sales, and marketing initiatives while serving as the primary face of Enterprise to customers and partners. Manage branch operations, cultivate new business relationships, and develop your team within the structured Sales Management Training Program. Master finance, operations, and customer service skills through hands-on learning and mentorship to prepare for future branch leadership. Based in the Stroudsburg territory at one of our neighborhood branches.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be within 1 (one) semester of graduating with a Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years)
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
