Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations skills within a structured training program. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under guidance and mentoring. Learn finance, marketing, and branch management to prepare for running your own location. This role includes a 45-hour workweek with an annual salary of $49,202.40 plus overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record within the past 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Minimum of 6 months experience in two or more of the following: Sales (commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential), Customer service in a service industry (i.e. retail, restaurant, hospitality), Management experience leading a team, Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or varsity team, Leadership role (professional, on campus, community involvement or military experience)
