Job Summary
Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert while mastering sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations skills. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under structured guidance and mentoring. Learn to excel in finance, operations, and marketing within a culture of friendly competition, with the goal of eventually running your own branch. This hands-on program prepares you for a clear career path with promotion opportunities from within.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, or current student, actively enrolled within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
- Current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
- No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- At least 18 years old
