Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering sales, marketing, finance, and operations skills within a structured management training program. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under guidance and mentoring. Operate from a neighborhood branch with a clear career path toward running your own branch. This role offers a targeted first-year annual compensation of $50,000 with an average 47-hour work week and includes a robust benefits package featuring health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, or current student, actively enrolled within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
- Current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
- No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- At least 18 years old
