Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering sales, marketing, finance, and operations skills. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under structured mentoring and guidance. Learn to run your own branch through hands-on training in a culture of friendly competition. This entry-level Sales Management Trainee role includes a 47-hour work week with an annual compensation of $50,000. Based at 806 Opelika Rd, Auburn, AL, candidates must hold a valid driver's license and possess a bachelor's degree or be a current student.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, or current student, actively enrolled within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
- Current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
- No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- At least 18 years old
