Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations within a structured management training program. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under guidance and mentoring. Learn to run your own branch through hands-on training in finance, marketing, and customer service, fostering a culture of friendly competition. Based at a Columbus, GA neighborhood branch with potential rotation to other Metro Columbus and Lagrange locations. This role includes a 47-hour work week with an annual compensation of $50,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- current student, actively enrolled within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors
- minimum of 6 months' experience in any of the following: Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
- Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
- current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
- No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years
- authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- at least 18 years old
