Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations skills within a structured mentorship program. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under the guidance of experienced leaders. Operate out of a neighborhood branch to eventually run your own branch, driven by a culture of friendly competition and promotion from within. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 12 months of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and availability for an average 45-hour work week. Compensation includes a targeted first-year annual salary of $53,105 with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum of 12 months experience in sales, customer service, management and/or leadership
- valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
- No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in last 5 years
- authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- available to work an average of 45 hours per week
- not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months
