Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering sales, marketing, finance, and operations skills within our structured management training program. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under guidance and mentoring. Operate from a neighborhood branch with potential rotation to other Albany, GA locations. This role includes a 47-hour work week with a targeted first-year annual compensation of $50,000. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license, be at least 18 years old, and possess a bachelor's degree or be actively enrolled in one. The position is open to immediate applicants authorized to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, or current student, actively enrolled within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
- Current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
- No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- At least 18 years old
