Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while acting as an operational expert within a neighborhood branch. Master knowledge and skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations through a structured program designed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. Establish essential community relationships to build your own business under guidance and mentoring. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 12 months of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and availability for an average 45-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum of 12 months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
- valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
- No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in last 5 years
- authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- available to work an average of 45 hours per week
- not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months
