Job Summary
Operate as a Management Trainee at a neighborhood branch, serving as the primary face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations. Engage in hands-on learning through structured mentoring to cultivate new business, develop team skills, and prepare for future branch leadership. Establish essential community relationships to drive growth within a culture of friendly competition. This role includes a 46-hour work week with an annual compensation of $52,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- At least 18 years old
