Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations skills within our structured Management Training Program. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under guidance and mentoring designed to prepare you to run your own branch. Based at 10104 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX, this role includes a 45-hour work week with an annual compensation of $54,000. You must hold a valid driver's license with a clean record and possess a bachelor's degree. Enterprise Mobility operates a global network of over 9,500 rental locations, offering a career path with clear progression from within.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 1+ year of experience since August 2021 in Sales (retail, restaurant, hospitality, commission sales, or goal-based sales)
- 1+ year of experience since August 2021 in Military service
- 1+ year of experience since August 2021 in Collegiate student athlete
- 1+ year of experience since August 2021 in Held a student leadership role in a university organization
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment)
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
