Job Summary
Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert while mastering knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to establish relationships essential to building your own business. You will learn to excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, always putting customers first within a culture of friendly competition. This position is located at 5624 Mableton Pkwy SW, Mableton, GA 30126 or nearby offices. You must be available to work an average of 45 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum of 12 months experience in sales, customer service, management and/or leadership
- valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
- No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in last 5 years
- authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- available to work an average of 45 hours per week
- not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months
