Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations skills within a structured training program. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under guidance and mentoring. Learn to run your own branch by excelling in finance and operations while adhering to a 45-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum of 12 months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
- valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
- No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in last 5 years
- authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- available to work an average of 45 hours per week
- not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months
