Job Summary
Lead customer service, sales, and marketing initiatives while serving as the branch face to customers and partners. Master operations, finance, and team development through a structured management training program designed to prepare you for running your own branch. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and grow the team under mentorship and guidance. Based at Sugar Land or Missouri City, TX, with an average 45-hour work week and $54,000 first-year compensation. Requires a Bachelor's degree, one year of relevant experience since August 2021, and a valid driver's license. Enterprise Mobility operates a global network of rental and fleet management services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 1+ year of experience since August 2021 in Sales (retail, restaurant, hospitality, commission sales, or goal-based sales)
- 1+ year of experience since August 2021 in Military service
- 1+ year of experience since August 2021 in Collegiate student athlete
- 1+ year of experience since August 2021 in Held a student leadership role in a university organization
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment)
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
