Job Summary
Lead customer service, sales, and marketing initiatives while managing branch operations and cultivating new business relationships. Serve as the primary face of Enterprise to customers and partners, applying hands-on training in finance and operations to drive growth. Engage in community outreach to establish essential relationships and develop team leadership skills within a structured mentoring program. Based at a neighborhood branch with an average 45-hour work week, this role prepares you to eventually run your own branch through a clear career path focused on promotion from within.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum of 12 months experience in sales, customer service, management and/or leadership
- valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
- No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in last 5 years
- authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- available to work an average of 45 hours per week
- not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months
