Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering sales, customer service, finance, and operations in a structured management training program. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under guidance and mentoring. Operate from a neighborhood branch with a target of 47 hours per week, earning an annual compensation of $50,000 in your first year. You must hold a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the past three years and be authorized to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- current student, actively enrolled within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors
- minimum of 6 months' experience in Sales & Customer Service
- minimum of 6 months' experience in commission sales
- minimum of 6 months' experience in retail
- minimum of 6 months' experience in serving/restaurant/bar
- minimum of 6 months' experience in hospitality industry
- minimum of 6 months' experience in Leadership
- minimum of 6 months' experience in military
- minimum of 6 months' experience in athletics/team activities
- minimum of 6 months' experience in community, social, or academic organizations
- current and valid driver's license
- no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
- no alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years
- authorized to work in the United States
- not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- at least 18 years old
