Job Summary
Lead customer service, sales, and marketing initiatives while serving as the primary face of Enterprise to both customers and partners. Master core business functions including finance and operations through hands-on training and mentorship within a structured program designed to prepare you for branch management. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business opportunities and develop your team in a culture of friendly competition. Based at the Carrollton, GA neighborhood branch, this role requires immediate availability for an average 45-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum of 12 months experience in sales, customer service, management and/or leadership
- valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
- No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in last 5 years
- authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- available to work an average of 45 hours per week
- not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months
