Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering sales, customer service, finance, and operations skills within a structured management training program. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under guidance and mentoring. Operate from a neighborhood branch location with an average 47-hour work week and a targeted first-year annual compensation of $50,000. Requires a bachelor's degree, six months of relevant experience, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- current student, actively enrolled within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors
- minimum of 6 months' experience in any of the following: Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
- Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
- current and valid driver's license
- no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
- No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years
- authorized to work in the United States
- not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- at least 18 years old
