Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations within our Management Training Program. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under a structured mentoring and development plan. Learn to run your own branch through hands-on training in finance and marketing, guided by a culture of friendly competition and customer-first values. Based at one of our neighborhood branches with an average 46-hour work week, this role offers a clear career path with promotion opportunities from within.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license
- No more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug and/or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in past 5 years
- Authorized to work in the United States
