Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations skills within a structured training program. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under guidance and mentoring. Learn to run your own branch by excelling in finance and operations while adhering to a 46-hour work week. Based at one of our neighborhood branches, this role offers a clear career path with promotion from within.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug and/or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in past 5 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
