Job Summary
Operate as a Sales Management Trainee across Downey, Huntington Park, Monterey Park, Pico Rivera, and South LA branches, serving as both the customer-facing representative and operational expert. Master core competencies in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations within a structured program featuring guidance, mentoring, and support. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business while developing skills to eventually run your own branch and lead a team. This hourly position offers $23.28/hr, a 45-hour work week, and includes 13 days of paid time off, health benefits, and a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
- authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- valid CA driver's license
