Job Summary
Operate as a Management Trainee serving as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations skills. Engage in hands-on learning within a structured program that includes mentoring, training, and development to eventually run your own branch and cultivate new business. Establish essential community relationships to build your own business while adhering to a 45-hour work week. This role is part of the Management Training Program designed to progress candidates into management positions within the car rental and fleet management industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum of 12 months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
- valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
- No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in last 5 years
- authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- available to work an average of 45 hours per week
- not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months
