Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering sales, marketing, finance, and operations skills within a structured management training program. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under guidance and mentoring. Based at neighborhood branches in the Oklahoma City Metro area, you will progress toward running your own branch with a clear career path. This role includes a 46-hour work week with an annual compensation range of $47,500 to $55,547, plus benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license
- No more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug and/or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in past 5 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
