Job Summary
Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert while based out of a neighborhood branch. Master knowledge and skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations through a structured program with guidance, mentoring, and support. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team, with the goal of eventually running your own branch. Complete a 47-hour work week with an average annual compensation of $52,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or leadership
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on MVR in the past 5 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
