Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service skills. Engage in hands-on learning within a structured program that includes guidance, mentoring, and support to eventually run your own branch and cultivate new business. Establish essential community relationships to build your own business foundation. Complete 47-hour work weeks with an average first-year compensation of $50,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, or current student, actively enrolled within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
- Current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
- No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- At least 18 years old
