Job Summary
Lead customer service, sales, and marketing initiatives while serving as the primary operational expert for your assigned neighborhood branch. Master finance, operations, and business development skills through a structured management training program that includes daily mentoring and hands-on learning. Establish essential community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under the guidance of experienced leaders. This role prepares you to eventually run your own branch within Enterprise Mobility's global network of over 9,500 rental locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug and/or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in past 5 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
