Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations skills. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under a structured program with guidance and mentoring. Learn finance and operational expertise to eventually run your own branch. Based at 1825 South Broadway, Minot, ND, with an average 46-hour work week and $52,000 first-year compensation. Requires a Bachelor's degree and valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- At least 18 years old
