Job Summary
Master the knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team within our structured Management Training Program. Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert, receiving guidance and mentoring to establish essential community relationships. Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations while embracing a culture of friendly competition critical to growing the business. This role includes a 46-hour work week with an annual compensation of $53,024, plus comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 6 (six) months of experience in one of the following areas: Sales- Commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential
- Minimum of 6 (six) months of experience in one of the following areas: Customer service in a sales industry (i.e. retail restaurant, hospitality, call center)
- Minimum of 6 (six) months of experience in one of the following areas: Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team
- Minimum of 6 (six) months of experience in one of the following areas: Leadership role in the military, clubs, organizations or community involvement
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations/speeding tickets and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past 3 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
