Job Summary
Operate as a Management Trainee at a neighborhood branch, serving as the primary face to customers and partners while mastering sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations. Receive structured guidance and mentoring to cultivate new business, develop your team, and learn the skills needed to eventually run your own branch. Establish essential community relationships to build your own business within a culture of friendly competition. This role offers a targeted first-year annual compensation of $50,000 with an average 47-hour work week, including paid time off and comprehensive health benefits. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or be within two semesters of graduating, possess a valid driver's license, and be authorized to work in the United States.

- no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
