Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under structured mentorship and guidance. Learn the skills needed to eventually run your own branch within a culture of friendly competition. This role is based at the Valdosta, GA neighborhood branch and includes a 47-hour work week with a targeted first-year annual compensation of $50,000. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the past three years and possess a bachelor's degree or be actively enrolled within one semester of graduation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, or current student, actively enrolled within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
- Current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
- No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- At least 18 years old
