Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations skills. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under a structured program that includes training, mentoring, and guidance. Learn finance and operational expertise to eventually run your own branch, with a focus on customer-first service and friendly competition. This role is based at one of our neighborhood branches and offers a clear career path with promotion from within.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug and/or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in past 5 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
