Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations skills within a structured training program. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under guidance and mentoring. Learn to run your own branch by excelling in finance and operations while adhering to a 46-hour work week with an average annual compensation of $53,024. No sponsorship required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 6 (six) months of experience in one of the following areas: Sales- Commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential
- Minimum of 6 (six) months of experience in one of the following areas: Customer service in a sales industry (i.e. retail restaurant, hospitality, call center)
- Minimum of 6 (six) months of experience in one of the following areas: Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team
- Minimum of 6 (six) months of experience in one of the following areas: Leadership role in the military, clubs, organizations or community involvement
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations/speeding tickets and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past 3 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
