Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations skills. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under structured guidance and mentoring. Learn finance and operational expertise to eventually run your own branch, with a focus on a culture of friendly competition and customer-first service. Based at one of our East Texas locations with an average 46-hour work week and targeted first-year compensation of $47,500 to $55,547.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors degree
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug and/or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in past 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
