Job Summary
Conduct customer service, sales, and marketing activities while serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners. Manage branch operations, cultivate new business relationships, and develop team skills within a structured management training program. Master knowledge in finance and operations through hands-on learning, mentoring, and guidance from experienced leaders. Establish community connections to build a foundation for future branch leadership. Based at Effingham or Mattoon operations with a 45-hour work week and a starting annual compensation of $49,202.40.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license
- No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- Authorization to work in the United States
- No requirement for work authorization sponsorship
- Minimum of 6 months experience in sales
- Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service in a service industry
- Minimum of 6 months experience in management leading a team
- Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or varsity team
- Leadership role in a professional, on campus, community involvement or military experience
