Job Summary
Conduct a 24-week hands-on training program covering LTL industry operations, sales knowledge, and leadership development. Gain experience across all areas of Dayton Freight's operations while actively participating in daily activities. Work a rotating schedule of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts during the training period. This program prepares recent graduates for future sales positions within the company, fostering confidence and competence in transportation industry leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center
- Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift (during training)
