Job Summary
Conduct a 24-week hands-on program covering all areas of Dayton Freight's LTL operations to gain industry knowledge and develop future sales leadership skills. Participate in rotation shifts across the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd timeframes during training while learning the freight management landscape. Complete the program to become a competent sales professional within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center
- Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift (during training)
