Job Summary
Gain experience in the LTL industry and develop leadership skills through a 24-week hands-on program covering all areas of Dayton Freight's operations. Expand upon your experience by actively participating in daily operations while learning the transportation industry and building sales knowledge. You must possess a valid Bachelor's degree, relocate to any Service Center, and work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts during training. Upon completion, you will be confident and competent to take on a sales position within the company, supported by comprehensive benefits and internal advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center
- Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift (during training)
