Sales Management Trainee

Conduct a 24-week hands-on program covering all areas of Dayton Freight's LTL operations to gain industry knowledge and develop future sales leadership skills. Participate in active team rotations across the first, second, and third shifts during training while expanding operational experience and cultivating servant leadership competencies. Complete comprehensive education on the transportation industry, company culture, and future-based sales techniques to ensure readiness for a permanent sales position upon program completion.
