Job Summary
Conduct a 24-week hands-on program covering all areas of Dayton Freight's LTL operations to gain industry knowledge and develop leadership skills. Participate in daily diagnostic imaging coverage, expand operational experience, and actively engage in team activities while learning future-based sales competencies. Complete a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts during training. Requires a valid Bachelor's degree and willingness to relocate to any Service Center.
Required Qualifications

- Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center
- Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift (during training)
