Job Summary
Conduct customer service, sales, and marketing operations while serving as the primary face of Enterprise to customers and partners. Manage day-to-day branch activities, cultivate new business relationships in the community, and develop team skills under structured mentoring. Master knowledge across finance, operations, and sales to prepare for eventual branch leadership. This role includes a 45-hour work week with a base salary of $49,202.40, located at our Ankeny, IA neighborhood branch.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record within the past 5 years
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship
- Age of at least 18 years
- Minimum of 6 months experience in sales (commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential)
- Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service in a service industry (i.e. retail, restaurant, hospitality)
- Management experience leading a team
- Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or varsity team
- Leadership role (professional, on campus, community involvement or military experience)
