Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about merchandise, and recommend products based on guest needs. Assist with cashiering, merchandise displays, and routine cleaning while maintaining a clean, organized store. Track personal sales goals, manage product categories, and lead teammates through performance tools. Provide weekly reports to leadership and complete required orientation and training modules. Work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in relevant field of study
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs throughout the store and backroom
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Interested in long-term commitment with Buckle
