Sales Lot Attendant

Job Summary
Recondition vehicles by washing and cleaning interiors and exteriors, then move, park, and organize inventory across the sales lot. Photograph new stock to update listings and conduct regular lot walks to verify vehicle location, condition, and documentation accuracy. Correct inventory discrepancies in the dealership management system while maintaining property upkeep, handling snow removal, and delivering keys and paperwork between departments. Monitor the lot for safety hazards and greet customers with a friendly attitude during pick-ups and drop-offs. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 30 lbs, and basic computer skills. Afternoon/evening shifts include alternating Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Basic vehicle knowledge and understanding of proper vehicle cleanliness standards
- Comfortable driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active/on your feet throughout the shift
- Basic computer skills for entering and updating vehicle records
- Strong attention to detail and reliable communication with team members
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening
