Job Summary
Organize and maintain the vehicle lot and showroom appearance by parking, moving, and arranging vehicles for presentation. Ensure all inventory is clean, fueled, and ready for display or test drives while installing pricing stickers and tags. Inspect vehicles for damage or cleanliness issues and report concerns, then assist the sales team with retrieving and staging cars for customers. Maintain a safe lot by removing debris and follow all safety guidelines and vehicle handling procedures. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment with opportunities to grow into sales or service positions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to drive automatic vehicles
- Manual transmission experience
