Job Summary
Retail associate in the Live Goods department responsible for greeting customers, assessing needs, educating on selections, merchandising and stock upkeep, operating the POS, and contributing to floral/home décor displays while delivering excellent customer service and representing the company’s values.
Required Qualifications
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for horticulture, yard/home décor, and seasonal merchandise
- Ability to work in both inside and outside environmental conditions, rain or shine
