Sales - Live Goods

Provide customers with an exceptional experience in a retail location by greeting customers, understanding needs, educating on selections, and assisting in merchandising and operational procedures. Maintain merchandise stock levels, ensure signage accuracy and product presentation, stock and rotate products, and operate the POS system. Develop floral decorations and home décor displays; participate in product knowledge meetings and coaching sessions. Ability to work inside and outside conditions, multitask, and collaborate across departments to support the store’s mission and values.
